Crunch-time stress inspires strange music cravings. I woke up this morning with June Tabor in my head. And then I wanted some Silly Sisters music. So anyway, I ended up with some Steeleye Span and am now happily listening to Tam Lin.

At which point, I realized that I have left both Diana Wynne Jones’s Fire and Hemlock as well as Pamela Dean’s Tam Lin back home.
