I wanted to go to a park, but it was too far away. Instead, we ended up spending the late afternoon in a landscaping nursery. We bought two types of orchids, an african daisy and two other types of flowers I cannot identify (periwinkle family?). Tons of pictures taken, this is just the first part. I really need to install a photo gallery!

Had some problems getting these to focus, something to do with late afternoon light and the fact that I forgot to turn the digital camera out of “auto” mode. Still pretty though. It’s known as “periuk kera” or “monkey’s pot” – Venus Flytrap family, performs the same function.

I could not help enjoying the effect of the sunlight, though, which led to my poking my head in between hanging pots and kneeling here and there, just to catch it.
